Each board is identified by a unique serial number associated to all testing details.

The board marking can be made either with classic label or with laser.

We have a green laser flexible system, which allows us to mark with great precision both on solder and on copper but also on plastic at variable height.

Thanks to an automatic system for the application and drying of polyurethane paint, ROJ is able to carry out surface treatments of the boards to protect electronic parts from atmospheric agents or by pollutants in the environment of use.

Assembled boards are separated using shearing machines designed and built internally.
When the board production is particularly critic to be managed with trances and an increased automation is requested, we can propose the use of a CNC router, which ensures maximum accuracy and cleanliness of the intervention.
