Ti presentiamo la nostra Generation 4, il nuovo Chrono X4.
Stiamo stabilendo un nuovo standard con il display integrato per la regolazione della tensione, TED, disponibile di serie sui porgitrama di nuova generazione.
La funzione TED è un display integrato dove è possibile impostare il valore di tensione desiderato per la produzione del tessuto, facilmente visualizzabile sul display, e comprende anche allarmi, ad esempio rottura del filo di trama.
Tutte le impostazioni si effettuano tramite la manopola gialla posta davanti al porgitrama.
Il display integrato è anche compatibile con il nostro controllo attivo della tensione ATC che manterrà la tensione durante l'intero ciclo di tessitura e dimostra il design ben collaudato combinato con nuove possibilità di costruzione modulare del porgitrama.
Con una migliore accessibilità per il collegamento di accessori alimentati e con il collegamento al nostro leggero alimentatore a commutazione per massimizzare l'efficienza energetica del motore a magneti permanenti. Insieme a sensori riprogettati e migliorati integrati da un sistema di filettatura migliorato.

Spool body
A uniquely designed, high quality, surface treated spool body gently handles a comprehensive range of yarns, providing the optimal yarn “take-off” tension, and ensuring the minimum amount of dust.
Pneumatic treading
"Easy access" push-button system for fast "one-step treading" (through the entire feeder), or "half-treading" (from the input eyelet to the spool body).
Sensor system
Mechanical or optical sensor systems (including an integrated yarn break sensor), ensures precise yarn reserve control.
Easy balloon adjustment
Adjustable knob for easy and precise brushring adjustment - even when the feeder is running.
S/Z Switch
Used to set the directions of rotation, or to activate the standby mode.
Separation setting
Stepless yarn separation adjustment - without the need for any tools.
Permanent magnet motor
A powerful maintenance-free “permanent magnet motor” ensures low energy consumption, low operating temperature and high torque at all speeds.
